Daniel Keene Sr. started racing in the early 70’s. Daniel raced against guys like Neal Bonnett, Mark Martin & Davey Allison and other racing greats in his day.
Daniel, Sr, drove in the all Pro series and Hooter’s Cup series along with many other local events. He was very successful at the tracks where he competed. He set the fastest qualifying time and finished Third twice in the All American 400.
Daniel Keene, Junior
Daniel, Jr. like his father had a love of the sport at an
early age and could not wait to race himself. Daniel started racing go-carts as a teenager. Daniel raced in the Mini-Stock series in 1995.
Daniel Keene, Jr. returned to racing in 2002 in the Super Late Model division. In 2004, Daniel raced in the Fascar Series and placed 5th in points in the SunBelt Series. In 2005 & 2006 he ran a limited schedule, Daniel plans to run a full schedule in 2007 in the Fascar Goodyear Challenge Series.
